- We will examine the market you are targeting. We will estimate its size – the Total Addressable Market (TAM).

- We will define your Unique Selling Proposition (USP). If you are creating a new market, we will map the adjacent markets. We will answer the question of what value the implementation of your software brings. Does it enable you to do something better than before? Or perhaps reduce costs or business risk? We will determine who your competition is.
- Based on the above, we will select the appropriate Go To Market (GTM) strategy. Should the product be available as a trial or freemium? What qualifications should the salespeople you hire possess? Do you need partners? If so, what kind and when?
